Jam Young is a Hip-Hop Artist & MC from College Point, NY.
Being raised in Queens helped Jam find solace and a voice through writing, recording, and performing music.
Jam first hit the stage at RFK HS in 2006 and by 2013 began touring the United States. .
Jam Young has toured and opened up for Ras Kass, Elzhi, Shabbam Sahdeeq, El Da Sensei, Skyzoo, Apathy, El Gant, Chris Rivers, Oswin Benjamin, Tru Klassick, PIKE,, ILL Zakiel, and more.
Jam is often compared to other Rap stars like J. Cole, Russ, Mac Miller, and Q-Tip due to his dynamic and versatile rap style mixed with powerful testaments and wordplay.
One Step Closer, Trust The Process, & Growth
Over the last half decade Jam Young has released over 50 singles and several projects including "One Step Closer," "Growth," and two mixtapes, "Trust The Process I&II."
The projects include some heavy hitters including El Gant, Don Producci, Yatta Barz, H3RO, Q.U.E.S.T., PIKE, Mandella Eskia, and more.
What's Next?
After dropping "Growth" in 2020, Jam Young is set to release 52 singles (one per week) and several projects, including his first independent album PB&J on 1.28.22
On March 7, 2022, Jam Young and Pike plan to release their first official video for "Find Your Happiness."
